Farallon Latin America Investimentos Ltda. (“FLA”) is a company formed and validly existing in Brazil. FLA is registered as a portfolio manager with the Brazilian Securities Exchange Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários – “CVM”), since October 11, 2011, pursuant to the Declaratory Act nr. 11,967, and serves as an exclusive subadviser to Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C.
